Service Description
A done-with-you social media strategy, built around your business. If you’re posting regularly but it isn’t bringing in enquiries, this is where we fix that. In one focused half-day, we’ll build a clear strategy you can act on straight away, so you know exactly what to post, why, and how it brings in clients. What’s included 1. Pre-session audit Before we meet, I’ll review your online presence, your content, and what’s working for others in your industry. That means we skip the basics and spend our time on what will move the needle for you. 2. Your half-day strategy session (3 hours) We’ll work through your audience, messaging, content pillars/goals, the client and journey and the posts that turn followers into enquiries. You’ll leave with clarity and a plan, not a list of ideas. 3. Your written strategy plan Within a few days, you’ll receive your strategy in writing, with everything we covered laid out clearly, so you can refer back to it whenever you’re planning content. 4. Follow-up call (2–3 weeks later) Once you’ve put the plan into action, we’ll check in to review what’s working, answer your questions and fine-tune anything that needs adjusting. This is for you if - You’re showing up on social media but it’s not bringing in enquiries - You want a clear strategy rather than more random tips - You’d rather invest once in getting it right than keep guessing This session can take place in person in Rayleigh Essex or alternatively we can carry the session out via Zoom. We will be in contact to confirm this.
Cancellation Policy
Business use Sessions are provided for business purposes. By booking, you confirm you’re booking on behalf of a business, whether as a sole trader, partnership or company. Payment Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your session. Refunds All sessions are non-refundable once booked. Rescheduling If you need to move your session, you can reschedule up to twice, to a new date within 3 months of your original booking. Please give at least 48 hours’ notice for a Power Hour and 5 working days’ notice for a Strategy Intensive, as your pre-session audit begins ahead of our session. Missed sessions If you miss your session without notice, or reschedule with less notice than stated above, the session will be forfeited and can’t be rescheduled. Late arrivals Sessions will start and finish at the booked time. If you’re running late, we’ll use the time remaining. If I need to reschedule In the unlikely event I need to move your session, I’ll offer you a new date as soon as possible, with no loss of time. By booking, you agree to this policy.
